Dreamz Design is an online platform for people to place orders on their own-designed and designers-designed outfits or accessories instead of just buying off the rack.

Consumers can send in pictures or sketches of their ideal designs to our designers with explanation of what is on their mind. Our designers will do their best to cater to the customer needs with no guarantee that we have the ability to meet all requirements.

Immediate confirmation of order for consumer self-designed goods while the image is being sent in is not necessary. Our designers will contact you about the estimated price of your order before you confirm in case you want to change your mind.

Note

1. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage of goods through postage.

2. Due to lighting effects, the goods that you see from the pictures may vary a little from what you are getting.

3. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

4. Goods will only be sent through postage at the moment.

5. The average waiting duration for arrival of goods is one to two weeks. The exact duration may vary for each case.

6. Prices shown are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) with no inclusion of postage fee.

7. All designs are created by our designers and are copyrighted unless otherwise stated.

8. For self-designed goods, deposit must be paid before our designers will start with the making of the goods.
